I found a free curriculum on Sustainable Agriculture from the Center for Integrated something or other from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.

It is aimed at high school age students. I have not looked at the curriculum in its entirety, so I can't vouch for what is in it. However, it did look interesting and FREE, so I thought I would pass it along.
